1. Who we are
ChatRFH ("Real Future Helper") is operated by EasyRentToday LLC ("we", "us"). We provide an AI assistant available on the web at chatrfh.com and as a mobile app.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email, name, and authentication provider (Google / email).
- Content: chat messages, uploaded files, images, and voice input you send to ChatRFH.
- Usage data: features used, message counts, device type, approximate location (from IP), crash logs.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
3. How we use your data
- Provide AI responses and personalize replies based on your preferences and memory.
- Operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Process subscriptions and prevent fraud.
- Send transactional emails (sign-in, receipts, security alerts).
4. AI processing
Your prompts and files are sent to trusted AI providers (including OpenAI and Google) to generate responses. These providers process the data only to serve your request and do not use it to train their public models under our agreements.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers that help us run ChatRFH: hosting, database, authentication, AI model providers, email, payments, and analytics — all bound by confidentiality obligations.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and chat history while your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, threads, messages, projects, and uploads within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Account inside the app, or by emailing us at privacy@chatrfh.com.
8. Children
ChatRFH is not directed to children under 13. Users under 18 should use ChatRFH only with a parent or guardian's consent.
9. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify you in-app or by email of material changes.
