Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ChatRFH ("Real Future Helper", the "Service"), operated by EasyRentToday LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ChatRFH is an AI-powered assistant that generates responses, images, PDFs, research summaries, and other content in reply to your prompts. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
  • No attempts to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
  • No use of the Service to generate CSAM, targeted harassment, or malware.
  • No high-risk uses (medical, legal, financial, safety) without professional review.

5. Content ownership

You own the prompts you submit. Subject to these Terms, you also own the output ChatRFH generates for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content to operate and improve the Service.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Plan & usage. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination & account deletion

You may delete your account anytime from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI OUTPUTS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. FOR LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, OR TAX MATTERS, CONSULT A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYRENTTODAY LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
